00:00The OFW Bagong Pilipinas Servisio Caravan in the province of Pampanga is now in operation.

00:06It is led by the Department of Migrant Workers, Bien Manalo of PTV.

00:17Good news for our countrymen who want to work abroad.

00:2120 accredited Philippine Recruitment Agencies, or PRA,

00:25will be included in the OFW Bagong Pilipinas Servisio Caravan here in San Fernando City, Pampanga.

00:32Its goal is to reach the programs and services of the Department of Migrant Workers, or DMW,

00:38to the Filipino and their families here in Region 3.

00:47It is based on the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

00:51to protect the rights and privileges of OFWs.

00:55The DMW is under the leadership of the Panlalawigan ng Pampanga.

00:59Some of the services provided by the agency are pre-employment,

01:02welfare and legal assistance, and reintegration programs.

01:06The Caravan is also responsible for the two agreements.

01:10First, the Memorandum of Agreement between the DMW,

01:14Department of Labor and Employment Region 3,

01:16TESDA Region 3, and the Provincial Government of Pampanga

01:19on providing jobs and upskilling programs to OFWs,

01:23and the agreement between the OFW Hospital,

01:27Jose V. Lingad Memorial General Hospital,

01:29DOH Region 3, and the Panlalawigan ng Pampanga Government

01:33on providing healthcare services to OFWs.

01:37The DMW, National Reintegration Center for OFWs,

01:44is one of the 100 beneficiaries of the Action Fund

01:46and Livelihood Program for Overseas Reintegration.

01:49Some government agencies,

01:52including the Department of Foreign Affairs,

01:54National Bureau of Investigation, and Overseas Filipino Bank,

01:58will also be part of the program.

01:59The Overseas Workers' Welfare Administration, OWA,

02:02will also bring fun and exciting games to their OWA hours.

02:05The program will also start later this afternoon at 4 p.m.
