My colleague from Kulim Badar Baru raised the issue of shooting in the wild.
00:06
Specifically, he raised two things.
00:09
Is the government ready to consider adding a training module for private security control companies?
00:16
And also, does the government have a plan to increase the safety guidance line?
00:22
The safety guidance line is already there.
00:26
The first is under the local authorities.
00:29
The second is under the Bomb and Rescue Department.
00:33
And the third is under the Government of State Police Chief.
00:36
The guidance line is already there,
00:38
where a business center is located.
00:41
It is connected to the PBT guidance line,
00:44
the bomb guidance line,
00:46
and the safety guidance line under the State Police Chief.
00:49
What's new?
00:50
Is the government ready to add a training module for private security control companies?
00:57
In this country, KDN is a security agency that provides lessons to the security control companies.
01:04
The security control industry is large.
01:06
It is between Rp10 billion to Rp12 billion per year.
01:10
So, the number of security control companies that we provide lessons to is around 1,200.
01:19
Before they can operate,
01:22
the security control must first go through the training module provided by the police force.
01:28
The latest incident opens up a new dimension.
01:33
Because the situation at that time,
01:35
in a shopping mall,
01:37
the lives of the public were threatened,
01:39
and the shopping mall
01:42
was able to serve the security control of the security control companies.
01:48
Regarding the incident that happened,
01:50
I have made an immediate discussion with the Malaysian Security Industry Association.
01:56
And they welcomed it well,
01:58
and they are ready to include that suggestion,
02:02
which is to add a training module.
02:05
Especially in terms of theory and practice,
02:08
the safety of the public was prioritized at that moment.
02:17
What immediate steps can the security control take?
02:23
Their role and responsibility at the scene,
02:26
before the police arrived.
02:29
That has already been discussed,
02:32
from the recent events.
