Home Minister Datuk Seri saifuddin Nasution Ismail has welcomed a proposal by Chief Secretary to the Government, Tan Sri Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar to implement job rotations for service counter civil servants.
He said it is expected to strengthen integrity, enhance efficiency and cultivate a more conducive work environment.

01:51there are many agencies involved in the counter service.
01:55Of course, the most popular is the Immigration Department.
01:59We also have the Registration Department.
02:01Even the police themselves.
02:03Many of the systems are based on dealing directly with the people.
02:11So, what is my reaction?
02:13First, I regret what Tan Sri KCN said.
02:20Because we believe that at KDN level,
02:23we will continue to make continuous efforts
02:27to improve the delivery system at KDN.
02:33I always remember that we have to put the people's interests first.
02:39It has to be based on people-centered.
02:43If we can do that,
02:45I am very confident that we will see changes
02:50at the end when we implement this system.
