00:02This is an update on the weather.

00:04The shear line is still affected due to the cold and hot winds in the northern Luzon area.

00:12This is still the area that will be affected by heavy rains, landslides, and landslides

00:17in the mainland of Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and Quirino.

00:23This is why our countrymen should be careful because it is possible that heavy rains will cause landslides and landslides.

01:37For our forecast for tomorrow, due to the effect of the shear line,

01:42this part of Aurora, Quezon, and Bicol region,

01:46will experience heavy rains, landslides, and landslides.

01:53In the Cagayan Valley, our mainland Cagayan, and Isabela,

01:59we are also expecting dark weather, as well as in the Cordillera Administrative Region.

04:55Modern Samar, Samar, Eastern Samar, Biliran, Leyte,

04:59Southern Leyte, Dinagat Islands, and Surigao del Norte.

05:03In the mentioned areas affected by the shearline and intertropical convergence zone,

05:09we are warning our countrymen and preparing them for the possibility of heavy rains,

05:16especially in the low-lying areas and mountainous areas.

05:20Because of the heavy rains,

05:22they may experience flooding and landslides.

05:36their rainfall advisory or heavy rainfall warnings.

05:41When it comes to Wednesday afternoon until Friday afternoon,

05:47this part of Isabela, Aurora, Quezon, Camarines Norte,

05:52or almost the entire Bicol Region, Marinduque, Oriental Mindoro,

05:57and the entire Eastern Visayas, Dinagat Islands, and Surigao del Norte

06:02may still experience moderate to heavy rains.

06:12Also, when it comes to Friday afternoon until Saturday afternoon,

06:16even though the expected rainfall will be less

06:19or the areas affected by the shearline will be less,

06:23we still expect moderate to heavy rains here in the southern part of the Bicol Region,

06:29especially in Albay, Sorsogon, Masbate, Catanduanes,

06:33and the entire Eastern Visayas.

06:35We still expect moderate to heavy rains in Dinagat Islands and Surigao del Norte.

06:40That is why we are always keeping up to date with the mentioned areas

06:44so that they can inform their local government

06:48to prepare for the possible heavy rains

06:52that they will experience in the coming days.

06:56As for our countrymen who will sail,

06:59we are still not allowing our countrymen to sail

07:03in the Baybayin of Batanes and in Cagayan,

07:07as well as in Isabela.

07:09That is why if we have a gale warning,

07:11we are not allowing our countrymen to sail in Mangsda,

07:14as well as the small ones in Quimpan Dagat.
