00:00Cooper Flagg, what he's done at Duke, is the expected.

00:06This is exactly what was expected of him when he was playing in Maine.

00:11This kid was so spectacular and special and different and unique and stood out like a

00:18sore thumb.

00:20Someone said, you know, live during a game, you know, Dick Vitale, it was when they were

00:27playing Clemson, he said he's 18 years old.

00:30Can you imagine he should be playing high school basketball?

00:34Can you imagine how unfair it is to have that guy playing high school basketball this year?

00:42He's playing at Duke at 18.

00:44He should be a senior in high school playing against kids.

00:48And like I have seen some of the best high school basketball players in the country.

00:53I go to basketball games.

00:55I've been to some of the best games in New York City, in Jersey.

00:59I've been to some of the best in Indiana.

01:01I've been to some of the best in California and in Florida, in Miami.

01:07And I have never seen anything like that kid playing high school basketball.

01:12It's flat out unfair.

01:15I mean, it is unfair.

01:16Now, you know, it bothers me about the coverage of this guy.

01:20So last night he has a double double.

01:24And he was amazing.

01:26And yet all they showed was him getting rejected on that tomahawk dunk he went in for in a

01:31game that they blew out Virginia in Charlottesville.

01:35The only highlight they showed of him was him getting rejected.

01:37Well, which is it?

01:39Are you going to knob him like you do every other day?

01:42Or are you going to humiliate him by showing him getting rejected?

01:45Let me tell you something.

01:47Every player that plays basketball in their life gets rejected.

01:53And they think nothing of it when you play.

01:56This isn't some kind of like video game where they talk shack after they block you and get

02:02that shack out of here.

02:03That stuff.

02:04You say that in the hood, someone's going to punch you in the mouth.

02:08You get blocked.

02:09You get blocked.

02:10You just say nice block.

02:11People block shots all the time.

02:13I played today.

02:14I blocked some guy's shot.

02:15No big deal.

02:16Get the rebound.

02:17So showing him getting swatted last night, but yet you knob him every other night, which

02:26Or do you want to humiliate the kid?

02:27He's 18 years old.

02:29Those stats that he put up at Duke are embarrassing.

02:35Like he makes Christian Laettner like didn't even exist.

02:40I mean, honestly, Christian Laettner was like the greatest player that ever played at Duke.

02:43Am I crazy?

02:44I'm still to this day with his big shot against Kentucky.

02:48This kid's so much better than him.

02:49It's not even funny.

02:50And he did it as a freshman.

02:52He's better than Christian Laettner as a senior.
