00:00Coach, I looked at the top 25 today with Carver High and I said that I thought every team

00:06in that 25 right now, even though I don't really care about the AP top 25, we do it

00:12every week like it's habitual, but I literally, I looked at that list and every team to me

00:17was going to the NCAA tournament on that 25.

00:20They're all solid teams and the Johnnies have moved up to like 10, they're tough as hell.

00:27What do you think of the best teams in the land and they're all, they're all going to

00:32be seated and St. John's getting a high seat.

00:35Look at all these teams, coach.

00:36You can look at that right here.

00:37There's not one team on that list that isn't going to the tournament.

00:41No, there's not.

00:42And the crazy thing is, Pharrell, you could say if any of them get hot, they can go on

00:48to run to the final four.

00:49Now obviously Auburn's 92-85 win on the road in the one versus two matchup versus Alabama

00:55was something obviously Jani Broome kind of getting himself back into the race for

00:59being national player to your Cooper flag, but all of these teams, Florida has been a

01:03great story.

01:04Duke, Duke is what for a team that's young, they can defend.

01:10I mean really defend and their best defender happened to be Cooper Flagg.

01:15I'm a big believer in Houston.

01:16I know Emmanuel Sharps been coming back, working his way back from that, from ankle injury,

01:21but that Udon kid that they got from Oklahoma, it's been a huge difference.

01:25Tennessee, can Rick Barnes get over to help TJ Osterberger.

01:28Their team is healthy.

01:29We'll talk about that in a little bit, but St. John's folks, I keep going back to this.

01:34Look what Pitino does in year two and look what he's doing right now.

01:39And you want to talk about great clips.

01:42There's a clip online that shows Pitino after a game, ripping his kids.

01:47I'm like, Lord have mercy, I've seen the light.

01:51And that team with RJ Lewis, what could already Richmond as a Swiss Army Knight, Wiltshire

01:55getting better, edge of Ford down low.

01:58The only problem, and you talked about sort of break with teams going to big gyms, St.

02:04John's struggle shooting in big arenas because Cardinals second arena is so small.

02:10That's something you have to fix is their perimeter shooting, but they can absolutely

02:13make a run with their defense.

02:14So obviously Rutgers isn't going to the tournament.

02:17My question is after Ace Bailey and Dylan Harper went there and everyone thought they

02:22were going to be this great team and they were awful.

02:25Is Pico getting fired?

02:26You know, it's funny.

02:27I talked to one of my best friends who's a huge Rutgers alum and goes to all their games

02:33and he made a good point.

02:35Listen, it's not about Bailey and Harper.

02:38It's the fact that Pico did not surround those two with enough talent.

02:44They do have a pretty good recruiting class coming back, coming in next year.

02:49I think Pico has done well at Rutgers.

02:52I think this is the first time he had major, major, major players.

02:55They'll be better.

02:56The problem with Steve Pico, it's never been his defense, it's been his offense.

03:01Maybe he needs to look to getting an experienced, almost like folks almost have this in college,

03:06offensive coordinator, someone that can dial up the plays and kind of help Pico on the

03:09offensive side of the floor.
