Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann can finally shut the door on their Georgia mansion saga -- it’s officially sold, more than a year after it hit the market ... TMZ has learned.

00:49They bought it for $2.75 and if you remember Kim and Kroy, $6 million in 2023.

01:05But honestly, as you guys know, we've talked about all the drama, all the police calls

01:17Brendan, the other thing is though that I'm sure this thing is mortgaged to the hilt given

01:22their financial problems.

01:24So I'm not sure they're walking away with any money.

01:30And I feel like in this situation, the banks probably got their eye on it and said, oh

01:42And then it was the day it was going to auction, the auction fell out because it was like,

01:45it seemed like they had gotten like a last minute buyer.
