00:25The truth is that these security guarantees would be unpleasant for our allies, because

00:32it's either taking Ukraine into NATO or sending international forces here, or assuring that

00:40if Russia will break the deal, then somebody will go into full-scale war with them.

00:45So before this situation is resolved about how would you guarantee that, I think all

00:52the calls and talks and statements, they are just preparative, I would say.
