00:17Alright, follow me and I'll give you a guided tour of the rooms in Wingham House.

00:25So this is the dining room.

00:54And now it's time to head into the B&B.

01:15The mirrors are shining.

01:18We have a lounge room.

01:24Air-conditioned of course.

01:34Now let's head down the hallway to the bedrooms.

01:38I think everybody would like to see the honeymoon suite.

01:42So the honeymoon suite is to your right. It's also called the Ruby Room.

01:50So behind the wall is a bathroom.

01:55And a double closet open onto the front veranda.

02:10Please come through to the Queen Room, or sitting room first, then the Queen Room.

02:24The Queen Room is air-conditioned. It also has its own bathroom.

02:46Don't forget the quirky telephone.

02:55So the B&B clients can come through via Moon Street.
