00:00Okay, Josh, it's good to be back in Dubai and have the last couple of months been.

00:17It's great to be back.

00:18I've missed sort of this little home feeling, having my own space and being able to come

00:24down to the academy and work on my game again.

00:27It's been great.

00:28It's something I've missed definitely over the last few months and it's something I need

00:31to make sure I fit in a bit more often, but, you know, it's been a long, I'd say, what,

00:36almost three and a half months now, and I've done, I think, 12 weeks on the road, so it's

00:43been quite long, tough, lots of challenges and hurdles to overcome, but at the end of

00:49the day, I've enjoyed every minute of it.

00:51It's been good fun.

00:53You definitely didn't plan for this busiest summer, and I guess it started with the events

00:59in Abu Dhabi.

01:00Yeah, yeah, definitely.

01:01You know, me and Joe had a good sit-down yesterday and sort of debriefed on everything, and one

01:06of the main points is that neither of us expected to play this much golf, especially over the

01:10summer and especially in Europe, so it's been a bit of a scramble and a, I'd say, challenge

01:17to get used to it and to figure out how to deal with it, but, you know, it's been good.

01:23Take us back to those two weeks in Abu Dhabi, how special were they?

01:27Yeah, very, very, you know, obviously kick-starting my season, giving me the opportunity to play

01:31the golf that I have and in the places that I have, it's been fantastic, you know.

01:36Would like to be able to play that good again, you know, at some point again this season,

01:40but it was amazing to be able to do it when I needed to.

01:48And I guess the relationship the EGF has with the Challenge Tour, that's helped you out

01:54a bit as well, hasn't it?

01:55Yeah, yeah, definitely.

01:56It's been fantastic that they've been able to strike a partnership together and, you

02:01know, to be able to get the opportunity to get a few spots in some events because of

02:07the EGF is fantastic, you know.

02:09I can't thank them and the Challenge Tour enough for it.

02:14What's it been like for you in the last two months of golf?

02:17It's been tough, it's been tough, you know.

02:20I hit a little bit of a slump with my game, started struggling a little bit and I missed

02:25two cuts in a row, which it hurt a little because I knew I wasn't playing bad enough

02:31to miss cuts, but, you know, it happens, so.

02:36But other than that, you know, we've done some great work over the last month now with

02:40Joe and my other coaches and my team, so things are definitely looking a lot better

02:44and the game's getting a lot better as well, back to where it should be.

02:47And what's the travel aspect been like on the Challenge Tour?

02:51Ah, tough, very tough.

02:53You know, my first month, everything was pretty last minute.

02:58I wasn't getting into the events until, you know, the Friday before the event and it was

03:04tough, you know, booking everything last minute, not knowing where I was going to be, not knowing,

03:09you know, what I was doing.

03:11So it's been very tough and, you know, playing every single week and almost every single

03:16day has been quite a challenge, you know, especially on the body, it's not used to it.

03:22So it's tough but good at the same time.

03:25So how do you attack the rest of the season?

03:28I just need to keep taking it one event at a time.

03:31I need to just keep putting some points on the board and keep trying to stay as high

03:36as I can in the Order of Merit and we'll go from there.

03:40You know, the plan hopefully is to play every event, well, most events till they finish

03:47for the year and make it to Mallorca somehow.

03:50So that's the plan.

03:52We'll see if we can stick to it and get through it.

03:59What's next event-wise?

04:02Hopefully should be Finland, which is in a week and a half.

04:05Well, no, it's a week now.

04:07Time is flying.

04:09So I fly back to the UK on Tuesday and then hopefully I'll fly to Finland either Saturday

04:14or Sunday and get ready for the event.

04:16But it's been sort of tough because the future is a little bit unknown.

04:20So don't know fully what's going to happen.

04:24So it's kind of hard to really prepare and plan for it.

04:35So I fly back to the UK on Tuesday and then hopefully I'll fly to Finland either Saturday
