00:00It was almost 12 years ago that I suddenly realized that I had missed out on all the

00:11big events in my children's lives.

00:14And that day I set myself two simple goals.

00:17I will try and watch at least 365 movies with my wife and catch at least a single meal with

00:24my family every day.

00:25I haven't met any of these targets 100%, but what it has done is made me focus on the amount

00:32of time that I need to spend with my loved ones.

00:35We all, while chasing success in our career, tend to ignore those deep relationships which

00:40really make us happy.
