00:45Pushing the limits while feeling the nature and making the most of every moment.

00:50Here in San Mateo Rizal, there is a unique spot that has a must-try activity that should not be missed.

00:56I'm Sheila Salaysay and let's feel the thrill of heights here in the sports trip.

01:13I'm here with the supervisor of Casa Peregrin, Ms. Gelseline Sabado.

01:18Hi ma'am.

01:19Hello ma'am.

01:20Ma'am, can you tell us when Casa Peregrin opened and what activities can be done here?

01:26Casa Peregrin opened on December 2021 for the re-tour.

01:31Then on January 16, 2022, our restaurant started.

01:37What activities can be done here?

01:40We have 360 views of Casa Peregrin.

01:44You can see the 360-degree mountain, Sierra Madre.

01:48In the rope course, we have a swing and spider web.

01:54You can try all of that here in Casa Peregrin.

01:58In our accommodation, we have a swimming pool, a private pool, and a private room.

02:04In the restaurant, we are open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

02:09So far, ma'am, we are the only one in our area that has this kind of view, rope course, and accommodation.

02:17Ma'am, why did you decide to offer the obstacle course here in Casa Peregrin?

02:22Because, ma'am, we want the experience of our guests here to be different.

02:29How can we ensure the safety of those who want to try the rope course?

02:35We have a harness and well-trained people who assist in our rope course.

02:43We didn't make it long. Safety first is the priority.

02:47J.B. and Ms. Sabel insisted that we have trained staff with our safety gears.

02:52Prepared, protected, and we are ready.

02:55We really went here to Casa Peregrin for the rope course because we are always G to G.

03:01The beautiful view is a bonus.

03:02High rope course is an aerial obstacle course that is made for personal development and or team building.

03:09Sometimes, Ms. Sabel and I really need this because we both have fear of heights.

03:14This rope course has 8 elements for a challenge.

03:18And we will really try our best.

03:20There's an assigned trained staff in each of us.

03:24And I was the first.

03:25Tire swing is the first element.

03:27It's a bit easy, so we finished it quickly.

03:30There's a lot to hold and it's easy to balance.

03:33Next is the Z-shaped balance beam.

03:36This is a bit difficult because you need to balance yourself before moving to the next step.

03:41Because they can see our fear, they are kind enough to teach us the strategy and they are watching us.

03:47I'll move on to the third element, unstable bridges.

03:50The first step is crucial.

03:52You need to focus and this is where the balance and unity of the mind and body will be tested.

03:58In unstable bridges, I focused more on timing and balancing.

04:03If you take a wrong step or you're out of balance, you'll fall.

04:07But, there's a harness so no need to worry.

04:10And when I finished the unstable bridges,

04:12Brother!

04:13Brother, where are your arms?

04:15We felt and heard the mountains of our fear.

04:19Oh my God!

04:21A deep breath and a tight hug on the post.

04:24Every element is done.

04:26Meanwhile, JB is so sweet.

04:29He's really enjoying it.

04:31You're different in every element.

04:33In a single-line bridge, you need the strength of your arms and legs to move and cross the bridge.

04:40Sometimes, it's hard to move because of fear.

04:43In a cargo net, it's harder because you need to cross horizontally.

04:48Even though the view is beautiful, I'm more afraid.

04:51Of course, you need to capture the moment.

04:55After the four elements, Ms. Abel seems to have done it easily.

04:59Next is the rope swing.

05:01Brother and I need to chill before I start.

05:04JB seems to be sleepy and laughing while waiting for Ms. Abel to finish.

05:09And almost done with the course.

05:11In the unstable bridge, we seem to be calm.

05:14Ms. Abel doesn't seem to be nervous anymore.

05:17Finally, this is the last one.

05:19Single-line bridge.

05:20It's a good thing I have a harness and I already made a version earlier.

05:24This one is confident.

05:25All smiles.

05:26JB is next.

05:28After all the screaming, anger, fear, and nervousness, this is the last one.

05:34Here in Spiderweb, the cold wind feels better.

05:36And this is what gave us the energy to finish the obstacle and face our fear.

05:42Success!

05:43We just finished the rope course and the rain has already poured so we couldn't do the swing.

05:49Everybody is welcome here in Casa Peregrin.

05:51The whole family, friends, partners, and even your fur babies can come here.

05:57For the kids, there's a trampoline and playground here so they won't feel hot.

06:01If you're an athlete, aside from the rope course, they also have an archery here.

06:05If you want a staycation, they have it here.

06:08There are available rooms with pool and overlooking view.

06:12After we got tired of the rope course and we got to go around the place,

06:16our last stop was here in the restaurant.

06:19And this is the best.

06:21Cansi Bulalo, Budalphite set, perfect for friends,

06:25and my favorite, Chocolate Dream Bowl Champorado.

06:28The chocolate is slowly melted by the hot milk.

06:32All of these go well with the cold weather.

06:35So let's eat.

06:36That's why we came here.

06:38To chill in the tree houses.

06:40Perfect spot for relaxation and breathtaking views.
