00:00Chesler Hayden was terrific again, have you really enjoyed working with him this season?

00:03He's very infectious when he comes in here and talks, great appetite for it.

00:07Definitely, and there's certain things along the way we've looked at and we've said tweet with him,

00:12but give him a little bit of pointers on what he should be looking to do better or whatever,

00:16but the more I see him, listen, he's a great attacking outlet to have,

00:21but for me, first and foremost, he's a top-class defender, being recovery runs, 1v1s,

00:27even his heading the other night at the back post, there were balls getting slung in there,

00:32you don't expect that from an attacking full-back, but he defends his box,

00:37and he's a real strong defensive player, as much as he gives us going forward as well.

00:41It's a great advert for the loan market, isn't it? It'll be really tough to replace in the summer,

00:45if you can't get him back.

00:46Yeah, well, we've got to do our best to get him back out there, but yeah,

00:49and that's what happens with loan players, clubs give people opportunities to come in and do well,

00:54and then they go back, and they might not come back to you, but that's just a fact,

00:57but I know he's loving his time here, and we're loving having him,

01:00and while he's here, we'll look to keep improving him, improving himself,

01:04and yeah, he's enjoyable to work with, actually.
