00:40of bringing young Theo on to replace Steffi, you know, massive difference.

00:45That's not a slight on Theo, he's doing great, but we'd be losing a lot of what Steffi can

00:50bring then and bringing a young lad on who's not yet a pro to try and help us see a game

00:56out. And that's a big difference, you know. And that's another reason why I'm saying

01:01about the players. We're not going to have 11 players here who are good enough to help

01:06us be at the top of this league or get out of this. We're always going to have to have

01:09the group, the group who have to help and fight each other. And it's one thing we were doing

01:12really well, which was the 11 that were on the pitch at any one time. I got the subs at

01:17half-time, subs at 60, 70, 90, see the game out. We're all adding there a little bit and

01:24making us a good 11.

01:25I've spirits needed lifting this week because, you know, two defeats in four days, it can

01:29take its toll, can't it? The manner of them as well.

01:32The manner of them, yeah. And it's like I said, because I don't speak about the refs

01:38and I'm making a big thing about today because I want to explain a lot, because I don't want

01:42an excuse, get on with it, win the next game. But like I said, imagine, you know, the questions,

01:48it's a different narrative, different thing we're speaking about. Liam Lindsay did nothing wrong.

01:52Yeah, people saying, you know, cost us that game against Stoke and things. Do you get what I mean?

01:56Yeah. So it's wrong, it's wrong that the players, Mance didn't give a penalty away at the weekend,

02:03yet he got one given against him, he gets injured later on, he gets booked for telling the referee

02:08that he's down injured, you know. So all these little bits and pieces add up, so there's no way

02:13that people, I'm going to allow people to say that the lads aren't, what was it, desire, I can't

02:19remember the word, yeah, the fact that it's there. We haven't got the support, we haven't got the

02:22squad, we'll always do it together, it can't just be a lever, definitely. Not that we expect the help

02:28from elsewhere, but throughout this season, you know, we've been really, really on the wrong end of

02:35shocking decisions that have cost us some horrendous amount of points.

02:38Was the £5 club led or did you have any say in that?

02:43Peter, Peter and Craig, yeah, yeah. This is something that's been discussed a lot of times and

02:48I think it's a time, it's perfect. Like I say, I feel for, I'm with the players, so I see the

02:56players affected when something out of their control means that their efforts are not rewarded and then

03:03questioned. Does that make, and I'm not having a go at you, it's just, you get to understand what I'm

03:06saying? It's tough, I've been in a dressing room and know what that means, you know. What Mark

03:10I've done, I've been in defending the ball and he's just given a penalty against because someone's

03:14died late, but the narrative changes. If those things would just stand, like I said, just not

03:21given, just the game would have played out perfectly. None of those decisions, we're talking about

03:26different things again here now. So I can't have, I can protect the players a little bit and say that,

03:32but the fans suffer from this as well. Do you know what I mean? The fans suffer, Peter suffers,

03:36Craig suffers, everyone at the club suffers from these moments, but myself, the players,

03:42we're the ones who can do something about it and that's all we have to focus on. We step up

03:46and take care of business and then, yeah, we don't have to talk about them anymore.
