00:09The gift of actually sitting with yourself or your family and really spending that quality

00:14time with them or even yourself.

00:17You will never ever get this time again and you know for the sake of those people out

00:21there fighting for you, doctors and the nurses and everybody on ground, you owe it to them

00:27to really stay home and really stay safe.

00:31Take charge of this situation, don't feel helpless.

00:34In fact, empower it, make it yours and do something that you really want to do.

00:41Don't sit around and don't give in to that fear.

00:43In fact, tackle it, take it head on and say this is me, this is my spirit and I'm here

00:48for my kids, I'm here for my husband, I'm here for my friends.

00:52I am here for the world.

01:02We all are going through a very difficult time, very testing time, very unprecedented.

01:09We have never faced something like this, at least in our lifetimes.

01:13We have heard stories of 1919, 1917 or 1918 of the plagues but this is real.

01:21This is very, very real.

01:25So it is important to play our parts and our part, to play our parts we can play by being

01:34the heroes, even superheroes.

01:39Being a hero is just to save yourself, for your family, stay home, stay confined, don't

01:45go out.

01:46Being superheroes, maybe that you stay very, very positive, smiling so that your vibration

01:56of your positivity spreads around you and you keep people happy and by not being negative,

02:03by going outside you're putting other people in danger but by being home, also being peaceful

02:10and being positive, you spread this vibration around.

02:15So I wish you all the best and I hope that you stay home, stay safe, follow all the instructions

03:45There are virtual classes available.

03:47So go for that.

03:49Use this time wisely.

03:50Please be responsible and stay home.
