00:00The Department of Justice has approved the rule of law due process

00:04in accordance with the recommendation of the National Bureau of Investigation

00:07of filing complaints against Vice President Sara Duterte.

00:12According to the DOJ, the so-called complaints are now under the evaluation

00:15and preliminary investigation of the National Prosecution Service.

00:22In addition, the investigating prosecutors will thoroughly investigate

00:26the submitted evidence.

00:28There will also be a case build-up to ensure that the case is strong in the court.

00:33The respondent will also give an opportunity to submit his counter affidavit

00:39and thoroughly study the evidence submitted by both sides.

00:44As for the NBI's recommendations for filing complaints against the Vice President,

00:49three counts of grave threats and inciting to sedition.
