00:24According to House Assistant Majority Leader Hale Bongalon,

00:28Vice President Sara Duterte has indeed committed a crime.

00:31According to House Deputy Majority Leader Paolo Ortega

00:35and Assistant Majority Leader Ernix Dionisio,
