00:12The free event attracted families, friends, youth, the elderly and yoga enthusiasts from
00:18Dubai and other emirates, which are also hosting yoga events until Saturday.
00:23Dubai's main yoga event at Zabil Park was organized by the Indian Consulate in Dubai
00:28in cooperation with Dubai Sports Council, NMC Healthcare Group and supported by Dubai
00:34Municipality.
00:35There was also a session on laughter yoga, which included laughing non-stop for a minute
00:41while looking up, arms reaching to the sky.
01:11Yoga is about union of the body, mind and breath, we are all here to celebrate international
01:40day of yoga and yoga has made a big difference in my life, the breathing exercises, the physical
01:49asanas, the meditation, all when it's done together, it's brought forth a lot of talents.
