00:04You see somebody with a fancy car, you suddenly assume the identity of someone with a fancy car.

00:11And now not having a fancy car gives us sadness.

00:14The problem with this fluidity is that it is an imposed fluidity,

00:20born out of helplessness of the one it is being imposed on.

00:25Lack of self-knowledge can lead to all kinds of anxieties.

00:28If I take myself to be what I am not, I'll expect myself to do things that I can't.

00:35I think of myself as a bird and now I'm anxious that I cannot fly.

00:40The thing is you are not a bird at all.

00:42The moment you realize that, the anxiety is gone.
