00:00And I'm talking about a group that is now, for me, oppressed by the government,

00:07which is those who have tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, millions of ringgit in their respective KWSP accounts.

00:15They are not a group that should receive monthly allowance,

00:19not a group that should be able to go to get Zakat money.

00:23In fact, for me, they are not qualified to accept these things,

00:27because the money is in their respective accounts.

00:29I have met representatives from these charities.

00:33Some of them showed me their statements.

00:35They have now opened their statements online.

00:37There are KWSP apps, and I praise KWSP for these apps.

00:40They can show me in front of me.

00:42Some of them have more than 200,000.

00:44I have met two people.

00:46One of them has 1.3 million,

00:48the other has 1.8 million in their accounts.

00:50Millions of ringgit.

00:52But the one who has 1.3 million,

00:54works as a dishwasher in his village.

00:57The other is stuck in the hospital, unable to pay the bill.

01:01How are we going to do this?

01:04That is why, for me, the government's solution,

01:06to create these flexible third-party accounts,

01:08is not effective, not effective.

01:11Many people who create these third-party accounts,

01:14are not from those who are in trouble,

01:17but what happens to them is,

01:19they create these third-party accounts,

01:21to allow for luxury activities,

01:23which are actually not even needed.

01:25What I mean is, the government's foundation,

01:27to create these third-party accounts,

01:29is not effective, not effective.

01:31What should be done,

01:33is to create a foundation,

01:35which is truly targeted.

01:37I am not saying to let everyone out,

01:39whoever wants to go out, follow their heart.

01:41No.

01:42Saving for old age is very much needed.

01:44But what we need is,

01:46if we can't even wait for old age,

01:48because we are unable to live today,

01:50the house has to be dug, the car has to be towed,

01:52the hospital bill is unable to pay,

01:54the loan has to be borrowed from Along,

01:56working as a dishwasher in a shop,

01:59whereas before this,

02:00I was a big executive in an international company in KL.

02:04They need help today,

02:06not waiting until they are 50, 55 years old,

02:08before they are able to pay the SPF,

02:10which is millions of ringgit.

02:12And how fair is it,

02:13if we force them to pay,

02:16to ask for life support,

02:18which is 100, 150 ringgit a month.

02:20This is not the level,

02:22and this is actually a misguidance,

02:24if you want to make life support misguided.
