00:23Oh my goodness, this is a disaster!
00:25This is the worst thing ever! How am I going to handle this?
00:28With emotion regulation, you'll think,
00:30You know what? I can handle this.
00:33This is going to be all right. There's a way to deal with this.
00:36I'm going to figure this out. Everything's going to be okay.
00:39With emotion regulation,
00:41you'll be able to tolerate uncomfortable feelings
00:44and not act out on them impulsively.
00:47So, you'll be able to think through your decisions more clearly.
00:50So, let's say you're waiting for your partner to text you back.
00:53That text isn't coming. You're getting really anxious.
