00:12She said during the Investing in the Future conference in Sharjah on Wednesday.

00:18And my dream changed from becoming a doctor to becoming the Prime Minister of Pakistan,

00:24fixing all the issues and bringing education.

00:33And now my dream is to spread a global movement for girls' education and empowerment of girls.

00:40Malala's comment came as part of the opening session of the two-day conference, which this

00:44year is being held under the agenda of building the resilience of women and girls in the Arab

00:50region.

00:51Also present during the opening were His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi,

00:56Supreme Council member and ruler of Sharjah, and Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE
