00:15to a forecast from JLL.

00:17The global consultancy said the slight delay in recovery was due to global investor uncertainty

00:23surrounding Brexit.

00:25Dubai property prices are currently 15% off their mid-2014 peak but transactions in recent

00:32weeks have been deemed steady.

00:35South Korea accused North Korea of a reckless provocation today after the country test-fired

00:41three ballistic missiles.

00:43The South Korean military said two of the weapons fired were presumed to be short-range

00:48while the third could be a Rodong missile with a range of 1,300 km, putting Tokyo within

00:54striking distance.

00:55Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary said the country had lodged protests over the firing

01:00of the missiles, two of which fell into the Sea of Japan.

01:05The latest twist in the Kim Kardashian-Kanye West-Taylor Swift feud may have put West on

01:11the wrong side of the law.

01:13Kardashian released footage on Snapchat that appears to show a call between Swift and West

01:19but making that recording may have violated state wiretap laws.

01:24California, where the Kardashian-West clan lives, requires everyone on a call to consent

01:30to a conversation being recorded.

01:32If West is in violation, he could face a fine of up to $2,500 as well as up to a year in

01:39jail.

01:40Swift has already threatened him with criminal prosecution, according to TMZ.

01:45The anticipated Star Wars episode 8 will pick up from the cliffhanger in the final scene

01:51of The Force Awakens.
