00:11North Korea said it successfully tested a miniaturized hydrogen nuclear device, claiming

00:16a significant advance in the isolated state's strike capability and setting off alarm bells

00:21in Japan and South Korea. The test, the fourth time North Korea has exploded a nuclear device,

00:28was ordered by young leader Kim Jong-un. Last month, Kim appeared to claim his country

00:33had developed a hydrogen bomb, but the United States and outside experts were skeptical

00:37at the time. The United Nations Security Council urged the warring parties in Yemen to resume

00:44a meaningful and sustainable ceasefire after it was officially called off by Saudi Arabia

00:49on Saturday, citing al-Houthi violations.

00:52The United Nations has designated Yemen as one of its highest-level humanitarian crises,

00:57alongside emergencies in South Sudan, Syria and Iraq. Football Association Chairman Greg
