00:16that Syrian rebels may have used chemical weapons. It now says the commission hasn't

00:21reached conclusive findings on their use. The White House expressed skepticism about

00:26the rebels' use of chemical weapons. It said it is more likely the regime used them since

00:30there is evidence of it. A senior Dubai health authority official has reconfirmed there are

00:35no recorded cases of coronavirus in the UAE.

00:38North Korea has taken a major step back from a planned missile test, U.S. officials said.
