00:27More than 1,000 experts are in Dubai to generate insight and action on global challenges during

00:33the three-day summit, which is being held in partnership with the UAE government.

00:38Coalition airstrikes have targeted a gathering of Daesh leaders near Mosul in northern Iraq,

00:44the US says.

00:46The strikes on Friday destroyed a convoy of vehicles, a US defence official said, but

00:51could not confirm whether Daesh leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was present.

00:58High-level talks are due to take place in Oman ahead of the November 24 deadline for
