00:16people on Emirates Road have been detained, a top official told Gulf News.

00:21The drivers have been placed under provisional detention, said Salah Boufaroushah, senior

00:26chief prosecutor and head of Dubai Traffic Public Prosecution.

00:30The dead comprise nine Indians and four Bangladeshi workers.
