00:10Two suspects believed to be part of a gang that assaulted an Emirati couple during a

00:14robbery at their London apartment on April 22nd have been arrested by London's Metropolitan

00:19Police. The suspects were arrested on Wednesday afternoon. Police officers investigating an

00:23armed robbery in Paddington have this afternoon arrested two men. The men, who are both in

00:27their 20s, were arrested in Kilburn on suspicion of armed robbery. They are currently in custody

00:32at a central London police station, a police statement said.

00:35Golf Corporation Council interior ministers have endorsed a recommendation to set up a

00:39golf police that will be headquartered in Abu Dhabi. The ministers also agreed at their

00:43meeting in Kuwait to set up a permanent GCC bureau at the United Nations in the Austrian

00:48capital Vienna, headed by Amman.

00:51Two minor-intensity bomb blasts rocked the Gawati-Bangalore Express at the Central Railway

00:55Station in Chennai, killing a woman and leaving 13 others injured. Police have detained a

01:01Toronto scandal-plagued Mayor Rob Ford has said he is taking a leave of absence in order

01:05to enter rehab, after a new video emerged allegedly showing him smoking crack a few

01:10days ago. Ford has admitted to binge drinking and smoking crack and is campaigning for re-election.

01:16Sinn Fein chief Gerry Adams is being interrogated over the grisly slaying of a Belfast widow

01:21that has haunted his political career for decades. Adams was arrested of suspicion of

01:26ordering the killing of Jean McConville, a mother of 10, in his Catholic West Belfast

01:30power base in 1972.

01:33In cricket, Mumbai Indians slumped to their fifth straight defeat in IPL 7 as Sunrisers

01:37Hyperabad thumped the defending champions by 15 runs in Dubai in the final match of

01:42the UAE leg of the tournament.
