00:12Hurricane-strength winds battered northern Europe on Monday, killing more than 13 people,

00:16cutting power and forcing the cancellation of hundreds of flights and train journeys.

00:21The storm had barrelled in overnight with gusts of about 160 kilometers per hour, leaving

00:26a trail of damage across parts of southern Britain, before heading eastwards into mainland

00:31Europe.

00:32The waiting time for taxis booked through the Roads and Transport Authority's Dispatch

00:36Centre will be reduced considerably as the Authority launches a new fleet of taxis. Hala

00:42Taxi, a batch of 155 cabs, will be deployed from November 1. Twenty-five of these will

01:24on immigration, but as a result of the hack, redirected readers to a video of the Syrian

01:29conflict instead.

01:30The United States has said it must better weigh the risks and rewards of its spying

01:35activities as Europe fulminates over reports it eavesdrops on German Chancellor Angela

01:41Merkel and other world leaders.

01:42Organizers of this weekend's Abu Dhabi Formula One Grand Prix have announced that tickets

01:47for the event have sold out for the fifth year in a row. A record 55,000 fans from 80

01:53countries will be at Yas Marina to watch newly confirmed four-time world champion

01:58Sebastian Vettel battle it out with his rivals.
