00:00I always passionate about cooking since childhood. I used to help my mother also in the kitchen.
00:17I didn't take any formal education. I learned my own by trial and error method. I just love
00:24to create different recipes with mixing the different ingredients and sometimes it come
00:29out very well sometimes it's not but whenever it comes out very well it gives a very like
00:35a wow effect. I received the title best in the world for my very first cookbook. Actually the
00:42credit goes to my husband. He is only the one who is my pillar of strength throughout. Although I
00:48am making a different type of cuisine from around the world like Indian, Mexican, Italian, Chinese,
00:54Japanese everything but I love simple Indian dal, rice, roti, sabzi. I want to keep writing cookery
01:02books. My first book has given me a stepping stone. I look forward to open a cooking school
01:08where people can learn cooking with a passion not as a compulsion. Cooking is my passion,
01:13cooking is a creativity and cooking is an art that emanates from the heart.
