00:00It's been lights, camera and action both on and off the red carpet at this year's Dubai

00:10International Film Festival, with celebrity snubs and the usual Dubai gushing. We've had

00:15continuous Chris Brown, a ranting Rihanna, as well as an announcement which could see

00:20the likes of Jay-Z and Pitbull land in the UAE for a glitzy awards show. The next rock,

00:25sorry, jazz act was revealed and Placido Domingo has booked a suite at an Abu Dhabi hotel.

00:31Chalk on top of that the Grammy nominations, minus Bieber and One Direction, shock horror,

00:36a quick chat with the lovely Ellie Goulding and small hairy creatures at the movies this weekend

00:41and we're physically exhausted, frankly. Always scouting on your behalf, this is your weekly wrap

00:47with Tabloid. This week has been all about diff and we've been camped out on the red carpet

00:52witnessing some spectacular star-studded action in the last few days. Hollywood's Cate Blanchett,

00:57Frida Pinto and Life of Pi star, Suraj Sharma, could hardly contain their excitement at being

01:02in Dubai. I'm digging every day to come, seeing what happens. Hopefully someone like my movie or

01:07my acting has come and picked me up at some point. That's so exciting. I'm excited. Thank you.

01:12There's so many voices here at the festival and it's perfect that they're, from my, you know,

01:16outsider's perspective that it's here in Dubai, you know, gathering together so many different

01:20cultures who are actually so diverse. Kevin Spacey, however, adopted a no-interview policy

01:27on the red carpet at the IWC Filmmaker of the Year awards. Perhaps he's in character for a new

01:32silent movie. Mr Spacey, please. After weeks of speculation and saucy twit pics, Rihanna has taken

01:43to Twitter to have a massive rant which suggests she and Chris Brown may have split up. Again.

01:49Having been living the pop star life in Paris, juggling on-off girlfriends, Rihanna and Karrueche

01:54Tran, it seems Brown, who played Maydan on Tuesday, Cavalli Wednesday and drew at People by

02:00Crystal tonight, has been a busy boy. Rihanna's angry fingers typed, well, pretty much a tirade

02:05of terribleness we can't repeat here, while Brown sang his way through all of his hits.
