00:00How do you feel about the results of these elections?

00:15I'm very excited, I think it's a turning point in US history and I'm looking forward to the

00:19next four years.

00:20Well, it's a new start and we got rid of the Bush era and we're on the road to a new beginning.

00:27It's like a breath of fresh air, it's like the darkness is lifted once again.

00:31The downstream that we've had for the last eight years has been, it's like a cloud hanging

00:35over us and it's finally like a new wind has blown through.

00:39I'm ecstatic, I'm so happy, I've been following this election daily, sometimes hourly since

00:46March of 2008 and I think Obama is really, I don't think we could have a much better

00:53president at this particular point in time.

00:55What do you think is the most significant change that's going to come out of this?

00:58Well, I think there's going to be a number of shifts, some of them are going to be very

01:02pronounced.

01:03I think Obama's foreign policy will certainly be a change in focus and direction.

01:07I think a new attitude actually.

01:09I think historically America has shown a lot of, a conservative approach to many solutions

01:14and many problems and I think with the current administration with Obama that you'll see

01:18just an openness of ideals, a consortium of thought between maybe other countries and

01:24interviewing and maybe just getting out a collection of ideals versus maybe having

01:28more of this independent thought that it's just kind of like one person's impression

01:31of the world.

01:32It gives me the impression he's very diplomatic and open and intelligent and is willing to

01:37consider many different options and not willing to buck the trend to try something that may

01:40be the best interest for everyone.

01:42It's going to bring hope and a belief that maybe there is a way, which people, I think

01:47some in the opposition kind of poke fun at that because it seems kind of cheesy and maybe

01:52sentimental but I think frankly, I love my country, I love politics, I'm someone who's

01:57always believed in government but in the past eight years I've lost that belief and to have

02:01Obama in office means I get a chance to have that belief back, which I think means a lot.
