00:06Being a child, being 10 years old, and I say this with all security and certainty,
00:11I was admitted to the Rodriguez-Santos Clinic with premeditation and alibis.
00:16How did it happen?
00:18They forced me to cut that finger by peeling a dry coconut, being a 10-year-old child,
00:22for, as I said, with premeditation and alibis, in a planned way,
00:27to justify my admission to that health center,
00:31where Dr. Jorge Celestino García Tijera was already waiting for me,
00:37and who introduced him, Mr. Rafael Anúlfo Reyes Gómez.
00:42There I was intervened.
00:45Direct people from my family gave permission and gave consent,

01:19also contemplates a crime against humanity,
01:22because it is a case that links acts of barbarity,
01:26slavery, human trafficking, among other things.
01:30There they spent 10 hours with me in that operating room.
01:34After that, they said, Anúlfo was the hero who saved that finger.
01:41But, as a child, I didn't know anything, I didn't understand anything,
01:45because I was a teenager.
01:47Well, then, in 2003,
01:51when it is confirmed,
01:55it is confirmed and discovered to that doctor,
01:58who managed legal clandestine medicine in this country for many years.

02:13family of one of the veterinarians who participated in inducing me

02:57When I was a child, they hit me on the head,
03:00they grabbed metal tools, they grabbed sandpaper,

03:20Throughout my life, I have been a victim of a crime.

03:54I had to become a believer based on the rights that the prison code gives to a victim,
04:00because one of the lawyers hired was extorted by themselves.

04:06That lawyer was denounced before the Lawyer's College,
04:09and he was denounced before the justice system.
04:11There are three other lawyers who have also been hired,
04:14and they have not done the job.
04:16Recently, based on the inadmissibility that was given to the case,
04:21an objection was filed before the judge of the National District Prosecutor's Office
04:28of the Palace of Justice of Ciudad Nueva.
04:30And we are waiting for the Dominican justice system to proceed against this network of criminals.
04:37There are so many things that we must say,
04:40of which many I have no way to prove because they have happened.
04:43They are clandestine, premeditated, with allegations, taking advantage of the innocence.
04:47Do you know if there are more people like you, victims, who are involved, who have been deceived like this?

06:33Then I went to the prosecutor's office.

06:49I'm talking about a file that has 600 pages with all the evidence,
06:53clear and precise, of everything I'm explaining and justifying here.
