00:15The Senate approved the two Senate Resolutions 1299 and 1300,
00:20which were helped by Senator Pia Cayetano who gave credit to the winners,
00:24which were helped by Philippine Tennis Sensations Marian Cappadocia and Johnny Arcilia as the Hall of Famers of the Philippine-Colombian Association of PCA.
00:32Arcilia is one of the athletes who gave pride to the country since 1999 until 2015 in various local and international competitions
00:42such as the ASEAN Games, Davis Cup, Southeast Asian Games, and many more.
00:47Aside from these, Arcilia also holds the record of having the most titles in PCA Open Tournaments
00:53as a 10-time champion in singles and 14-time champion in doubles,
00:57which was one of the reasons for her being included in the Hall of Fame.
01:01She was recognized as the country's top tennis player from 2000 until 2012,
01:06No. 2 in 2014 until 2017,
01:09and was again recognized as the top player in 2020 until 2022.
01:14Meanwhile, the ancient native Filipino tennis player Cappadocia
01:19was able to make a big impact in the Philippine Tennis because of her impressive performance throughout her career.
01:25Aside from the medals and awards she received,
01:28Cappadocia held the title of the country's top Filipino tennis player from junior to elite division in 2010 until 2022,
01:36while No. 2 from 2023 until 2025.
01:40Some of the highlights of her career are the bronze medal finish in the 2011 and 2021 SEA Games,
01:47the gold medal finish in the 2018 Bahrain ITF Tournament,
01:49the bronze and silver medal finish in the 2019 and 2020 Fed Cup,
01:54and the bronze and silver medal finish in the 2019 and 2020 Fed Cup,
01:58which was recognized as the World Cup of Tennis for women.
02:02It is also considered a historical achievement for Cappadocia,
