00:00The Department of Migrant Workers is concerned about the death toll of the missing Filipino seafarer in Baltimore, USA.

00:08According to the DMW, they did not believe that the Filipino seafarer will survive.

00:18The Department of Migrant Workers is not convinced by the report released by the money agency that the Filipino seafarer Ralph Anthony Bobiles,

00:43a cadet of the ship Prestige Asa, was found missing on December 5, 2024 while sailing from Veracruz, Mexico to Baltimore, USA.

00:57According to the DMW, they did not believe that the Filipino seafarer will survive.

01:02His own life, especially since he was able to promote his work, was also based on the report of the money agency.

01:10He was promoted.

01:12So any suspicion or doubt that he took his own life should not be the primary reason why he was missing.

01:21Because the circumstances, the information of the promotion came directly from the agency.

01:30The agency is not content with the explanation of the money agency regarding the disappearance of Bobiles.

01:36They urge the money agency to report to the Baltimore authorities that the ship was found in Baltimore.

01:42That is why the agency continues to investigate the case so that the so-called incident will not happen again.

02:07So we are not taking in any such explanations unless there is clear evidence on this matter.

02:19Meanwhile, the DMW suspended the license of the money agency, Parola Maritime Agency,

02:25and ordered to submit a full investigation report on the disappearance of Bobiles.

02:31The agency also urged the Department of Foreign Affairs to resolve the case.
