2 sisters spread their father's 'Good Vibes'

Maricela Salvador Racela, the eldest of eight siblings, and youngest sister Cjoy share a unique bond rooted in their upbringing and the values instilled by their father, Geronimo. Growing up, Geronimo’s vegetable garden on a 300-square-meter lot beside their home in Laoag City wasn’t just a patch of land—it was a classroom of life lessons, teaching self-sustainability and the value of farming. Fast forward to today, that same garden has transformed into 'Good Vibes by Geronimo,' a culinary and community gem envisioned by Cjoy. Leaving behind her corporate life in Makati, Cjoy returned to her roots with little more than her passion for cooking and an unrelenting dream. Through experimentation and perseverance, she’s turned this uncharted journey into a success story that’s fast becoming the talk of the town. With the guidance and expertise of Maricela, who works with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in Region 1, the sisters are proving that family, innovation, and determination can create something truly extraordinary.
