00:13According to Comelec Chairman George Garcia,

00:15endorsement of a celebrity or influencer is free of charge,

00:19it is also considered paid,

00:22so it must be included in the SOSE of the candidate.

00:25This is in line with the resolution they issued yesterday.

00:29Candidates' relatives are not included until 2nd Degree of Consanguinuity

00:35or Consanguity and Affinity,

00:37or the parents, children, siblings, grandfather, grandmother, and grandchild.

00:42This is a way to ensure a fair battle

00:45for those who do not use celebrities or influencers in their campaigns.
