00:07team of people who I'd never met and they were removing this apparatus all
00:11over me and this woman was busily working away with a solvent on my nose.
00:15She's just working away and I said, are you trying to remove that? And she
00:22said, yes. And I said, that doesn't come off. She says, oh I'm so sorry, I'm so
00:34sorry. And then she goes, this is going in my diary.
