Future Hall of Fame guard Zack Martin and Cowboys All-Pro kicker Brandon Aubrey joined Shan, RJ and Bobby live at Radio Row in New Orleans to talk about their reaction to Mike McCarthy's departure and the hiring of Brian Schottenheimer as head coach, where Zack Martin stands on his future playing in the NFL, and more!

00:00Stephen kept talking about culture in the press conference.

00:19What do you think was maybe not connecting from past to what Brian is going to bring?

00:24You know, I don't know because I got a ton of respect for Coach McCarthy and what he

00:28did when he came in here.

00:31But for whatever reason, something was off this year.

00:33You guys were around a little bit too.

00:37Just things weren't gelling, weren't clicking, and I think that's something that he views

00:42as kind of A1 importance to kind of get that fellowship, that brotherhood back in the locker

00:48room and both sides of the ball and that complementary football that everyone talks about.

00:51It's a lot easier when you're close with the guys on the team.

00:55Say what you want, but when you're close with the guys on the team, it may give you that

00:58little extra gear.

00:59So they're just kind of bringing that, I don't know, community type feel back to the locker

01:03room.

01:10You're the first person to ask me that.

01:11No, I'm kidding.

01:16I'm focused on getting healthy, right?

01:17I think people forget, like, I'm a free agent, so I'm not under contract with anyone.

01:22So first and foremost, I want to get healthy.

01:25And then when free agency rolls around, see what's going on, and then make a decision

01:29from there.
