JP and BMitch react to the news that the Rams are actively looking to trade Cooper Kupp. JP thinks the veteran wide receiver could be a nice fit for the Commanders at the right price.

00:18surprised by it at all. I'm not

00:20either. He's making real money.

00:23Puka has become the better

00:25player there. Yeah. Cup when

00:27he's right is an absolute star.

00:29He hasn't had a, he hasn't, he

00:31hasn't played a full season

00:33since twenty-one when they won

00:35the title and he almost went

00:37for 2000 yards but in the in the

00:39last 3 years, he's played nine

00:41games, twelve games, and twelve

00:42games. Yeah. It's hard to count

00:44on that guy. And you know, I

00:45was, I'm going to say he's

00:46exceptionally talented but you

00:47know what? He's at the at the

00:48position and time of his career

00:50where you hit that age where

00:51you stay injured and it comes

01:18to trade him to where he wants

01:20to go. What is that trade market

01:22like for a dude that has five

01:24mil guaranteed and but he's got

01:26a $30 million capital. I think

01:27it comes down to the team. How

01:29close is the team to getting

01:30there? Is Cooper Cup worth it

01:34for a team that may be like,

01:35let's take a Kansas City. Sure.

01:38for 10, 12 weeks, he's good for

01:40them. Buffalo. Yeah. Those type

01:42of teams can use him and I

01:43think he still has a lot of

01:44value but if you have a younger

01:46team and you're trying to get

01:47there where if he's gone for

01:49eight, nine, seven, eight weeks,

01:50six weeks, he hurts your team.

01:55eat a lot of this contract

01:56because the way it is currently

01:58constituted, it would be a

01:59$22 million dead money hit

02:03million dollar cap savings.

04:32has more time, he becomes even
