00:00Sumargo started the opening for the first ever Sharks Executive League held at Sharks Arigna and Sports Bar.

00:08This is the story of our teammate, Bernadette Pinoy.

00:14Sharks Executive League.

00:16This was the first time that Billiard fans witnessed the start of the league.

00:21The working professionals and business owners were there to play Billiard.

00:27It was still early in the morning when the Center Knights were ready to welcome their team captain, Jeff Limpin.

00:33He said that it was not hard for the players to choose their team because they already know each other and are friends.

00:39When there's a game, we see each other and then we became friends.

00:43And then the announcement of Sharks that there will be this kind of event, so I tapped on each of them.

00:50I said, if you want, all of us are either business owners or working professionals.

00:58Bandaleros was able to remove Kuponan from the center, which was led by Sharks Billiards Association founder and CEO, Hadley Mariano.

01:07Hadley also explained the establishment of Kuponan.

01:11Bandal is my first billiard, way back in 2017 or 2018.

01:19Then when the pandemic happened, it closed, so that's when our group was formed.

01:23This is a sport that is really fun. We're just enjoying the game.

01:30In the face of the Q players, the Bandaleros team dominated the center with a final score of 9-3.

01:37Because of this, the center made a sign as the first team to score a win in the inaugural season.

01:44It's very fulfilling and happy because it's the first team and it became part of the history of Sharks for the Executive League.

01:56So it's an honor.

01:58Next, Team QPAL and Team APT formed, where the two Kuponans fought each other.

02:06But in the hands of QPAL, the winner of the first game was 9-7.

02:11Congratulations to Romel, our MVP.

02:15He started strong with a three-streak rack.

02:21And then, it's just about confidence.

02:24We know that our opponent is a high-level skill compared to the team.

02:31But we trusted everyone and we weren't complacent if there was a chance to play the game safely.

02:40Jonathan Sanchez and Team APT admitted that it's not easy for the Billiard to play with the Sharkkings.

02:47But they won't give up because they trust the chemistry of the team.

02:54It's really hard to play with the Sharkkings.

02:57I've seen it all throughout the first season of Sharks.

03:02But for the amateurs, it's twice as hard.

03:06We're just passionate players and we're not used to losing.

03:14So it's a bit challenging, but we want to give it a try.

03:21Meanwhile, the next big match of the first team,

03:25four Kuponans are expected to play well next week.

03:30Team TBR didn't just want to make the Billiards win,

03:35they also plan to show what they're capable of when it comes to the Sharkkings.

03:45We're going to study their leveling and see what strategy we're going to use.
