00:00The shooting of a man in Barangay Dos Hermanas in Talisay City, Negros Occidental was a hooligan act.

00:13He fired a gun down on the ground and according to the police,

00:16it happened yesterday in the middle of a fight on the ground between the residents who own the land and the security guards of the businessmen who are still there.

00:24But the security agency denied that the man in the video is a security guard.
