00:06So basically what we can say is that it's not for the Commission to enforce the ICC warrant,

00:10but what we can also say as European Commission and as European Union is that we do support

00:15the International Criminal Court and the principles set out in the Rome Statute, this is clear,

00:20and that we do respect the Court's independence and impartiality.

00:24And again, as per the Council conclusions of 2023, the Council called upon all States

00:30to ensure full cooperation with the Court, including by the prompt execution of outstanding arrest warrant.
