00:00I played along. What are you supposed to do if you don't get a ladoo?

00:19No, it was not planned. Basically, Surajji had given instruction to the actor to go off.

00:25Everybody takes ladoo from the mithai ka dabba. And he was basically supposed to offer everybody.

00:32But the actor was positioned not in arm's reach. Even if he was, he was focusing on his dialogues.

00:39So by the time the dabba comes to me, I missed it. Again, he comes close to me. Again, I go for

00:45it. And again, I missed it. We never shot with digital camera where you can do a retake. It's

00:51film camera and film camera exposure is expensive. So I had to, as an actor, I have to manage.

00:57You cannot look dead in the scene just because you didn't get a ladoo.

01:00I managed it with expressions and I played along. What are you supposed to do if you don't get a ladoo?

01:08I think it's very cute. I love the fans for posting memes and making fun and

01:12having a good laugh about it.

01:21I got a call from a friend of mine who said, do you want to model? I said, what is modeling?

01:35I didn't even know what is modeling at that time because I was completely into business.

01:38We went to this bungalow. He had some shirts. He made me wear some shirts, click some photographs.

01:43The end of it, he gives me some money. I said, what's this? He says, for your modeling fees.

01:47Since I knew him, he was a friend of mine. I said, oh wow, I'm getting paid also for something like that.

01:51So you give me lunch, you brought me here in your car and everything and I'm also going to get paid.

02:12The casting was the most unusual casting any actor would ever get through.

02:16So my first interaction with Rajshree was, I was called for watching the movie

02:23in Spanish. I came from Panama. In Panama, my first language is Spanish.

02:27And then he did somebody from the industry to tell them, yeah, the job is done fine,

02:32rather than the translators and the people who they've given the job to.

02:35I gave my inputs accordingly to Raj Babuji. Then he said, come, I'd like you to introduce

02:40you to Suraj Bajayate. I met him and he asked me what I do. I said, I'm an actor. I'm doing

02:45some television. I'm doing some plays. And that's just about it.

03:06He's been an orphan when he was young and he fell in love with a beautiful lady and she gave him

03:12three wonderful kids. And then she passes away and he chooses not to get married.

03:17Instead, he chooses to bring up the three daughters by himself.

03:29When I go there for shoots and stuff like that, they refer to me as Alan Duck.

03:33It's a very strong image.
