A two-state solution and lasting peace are impossible under Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, as they don’t fit his agenda, Palestinian Ambassador to Denmark Manuel Hassassian says.

00:27Netanyahu has an agenda.

00:29Netanyahu wants to see the West Bank.

00:31Netanyahu doesn't believe in a two-state solution.

00:34Netanyahu believes in Occupation Plus.

00:37And this is what Netanyahu wants.

00:38We cannot work with such a radical, conservative, extreme right-wing, you know, government.

00:45And since Netanyahu's advent in the last 13 years, look what happened.

00:49No negotiations.

00:51We are at a stalemate, stuck between the historically inevitable and the politically impossible.

00:56And there is no progress in terms of negotiations.

00:59All we have seen from Netanyahu, destruction, control, raids, and what have you.
