03:30both recently just said, well, we

03:32can't play in that same sandbox

03:34as the Los Angeles Dodgers in

03:36terms of economic spending.

03:46So the Dodgers are on an island

03:48and you're

03:50telling me that the New York Yankees are

03:52complaining about economic hardship

03:54and the Chicago Cubs.

04:00ownership is very similar to

04:02John Henry in terms of they've

04:04bought up all of the real estate around

04:06their ballpark. They've done a good job fixing up

04:08Wrigley. Red Sox have done a good job fixing

04:10up Fenway, but they've purchased the

04:12real estate all around

04:14the ballpark. So when you're talking

04:16about getting back to even

04:18in terms of

04:20economics on the field

04:22from your baseball team,

04:24it sounds hollow

04:26to me because of all the money that you make

04:28in marketing and in

04:30real estate around your ballpark.

04:32So it's like we know

04:34that that's not true. And Sam, Curtis,

04:36did Sam tell you that too?

04:38They were breakeven.

04:40He said when we were at spring training

04:42last year, they were trying to

04:44get to breakeven.

04:46That's exactly what the Chicago Cubs

04:48said.

04:50And the

04:52fans just don't want to hear it. Fans

04:54don't want to hear that. And when you've

04:56missed out, Courtney hit it earlier.

05:02they don't get, and then you talk yourself into the next player

05:08down the list do we have to go for fans

05:10to get excited? And at some point, it's just

05:16that they're good. Brett, don't you think that they'll

05:22shove down our throats, that their rotation,

05:24pitching staff is the

05:26deepest that it's been, and that's been their biggest

05:28issue. And the hitting they've been

05:30in, and I've always said this, they've been top

05:32in most major categories, so

05:34hitting's not the biggest issue that they have.

05:38shove down our throat, is how they have completely

05:40changed the pitching staff?

06:28said they want to win 95 games and win

06:36just aren't adding up.
