00:07which is the second district representative of Quezon City, Ralph Wendell Tulfo.

00:11The senator himself confirmed that Representative Tulfo was driving an SUV

00:17with an official steel sticker of the House of Representatives.

00:21He said that he was not the one driving it.

00:23The SUV and its convoy were tagged.

00:27But Senator Tulfo said that he scolded his son.

00:32In a statement, Representative Tulfo asked for forgiveness.

00:36He did not mention or use the name of anyone in the position

00:41or to abuse the witnesses to get justice.

00:45They received the ticket and were fined.
