00:40banners and placards as they marched towards Dataran Merdeka. The rally, which was also

00:46monitored by about 200 police officers and personnel, ended at about 4.30pm. Kuala Lumpur's

00:53Police Chief Commissioner Datuk Rusti Mohamad Isa said the rally proceeded peacefully with

00:59no untoward incidents.
