00:00The volcano Kanlaon erupted again on Negros Island, lasting for almost an hour.

00:06According to PHIVOX, the volcano erupted eight times in the past 24 hours,

00:12along with the so-called 30 volcanic earthquakes.

00:15The ashfall reached the barangays of La Catariana and La Carlota.

00:19PHIVOX Director Dr. Teresito Bacolcol explained that the activity

00:24is likely to cause an explosive eruption or eruption of the volcano Kanlaon in the coming weeks.

00:31That is why it is recommended to residents,

00:34especially those who live near the volcano,

00:37to stay in evacuation centers and not return to their homes.

00:43Mount Kanlaon remains under Alert Level 3.

00:48If there is a clear indication of a higher risk,

00:52such as a rapid rise of magma or a severe seismic activity,

00:58or if we see a ground deformation, an inflate, or an eruption of the volcano,
