00:33their way of saying, oh yeah, we really love the players up here. We wouldn't hate if, or we would

00:38hate if somebody wanted to try and trade up and come get it. And they're basically just baiting

00:42other teams to come trade up for the pick because they want to trade down and get more assets. So
